In 2005 we completed a £2m Housing Development project in Essex, England. This was a two year project that came in on time and on budget. We provided all aspects of project management from design to completion and included all financing.
In 2006 we provided £250,000 finance for an individual to develop his business. This was in the form of a secured loan.
In 2007 we provided equity finance to a building services company. We also supplied daily planning, financial, legal, technology, management and marketing support. The Company has now turned around and is seeking growth opportunities. We remain involved providing assistance and advice to management as needed.
We are providing Mezzanine finance for an Infrastructure and Land Development project in British Columbia, Canada. This involves provision of managerial and project support together with £1.75m finance.
